ONLY YOUR group in the SKATERY for 2 (or more) hours family-friendly fun, fellowship & fitness! + FUNDS
PRIME TIME Private Party Friday, Saturday, Sunday, any time there is no other event scheduled. Details below >>> $200 For up to 450 guests $35 per additional ½ hour. ($300 if you bring your own food*) Tickets (invitations) Admission 2 hours of Skating FUN! PLUS: Poster Original (except for birthday) Door Prizes Prime Time Parties may be scheduled: Friday 4:30-6:30 pm Saturday 10 am-Noon or 4:-6:30 pm Sunday 4-6:30 pm Skate rental is $1 extra for those who don’t have their own.
WEEKDAY Private Party Monday thru Thursday When no other event is scheduled. Details below >>> $150 For up to 450 guests $35 per additional ½ hour. ($250 if you bring your own food*) Tickets (invitations) Admission 2 hours of Skating FUN! PLUS: Poster Original (except for birthday) Door Prizes Weekday Parties may be scheduled: Most Mon, Tue, Thu, 10 am to 10 pm Most Wednesdays 12:30 pm- 10 pm Fridays 10 am-4 pm Skate rental is $1 extra for those who don’t have their own.
* ONLY a Birthday cake may be brought to a Private Birthday Party at no extra charge

NEW FOR 2008

If you’re not sure a Private Party would be worthwhile for your FUNd-raiser, consider our new Buy-Out Party Plan.

How it works:

A “Buy-Out” Party is held during a regularly scheduled public session.

Choose the session during which you would like to hold your FUNd-raiser.

Book it with our Party Manager

Leave a $50 deposit when you pick up your tickets.

Start selling tickets at the regular session price.

2 weeks before your event, pay the balance of the minimum fee (usually $50 more)

You will owe the SKATERY half the admission for the first 100 guests who attend plus $1 for each additional guest.

Your deposit is deducted from the amount you owe the SKATERY and your treasury gets the rest.

Maximum number of tickets you may sell: 400 (varies with the session you choose)

Skate rental is $1 extra for those who don’t have their own.

Notes:

DO Choose a couple of alternate dates, in case your first choice is not available. (Generally, we only book ONE Buy-out per session.)

NO food or drink may be brought into a Buy-Out Party

DO Remember to check on the music genre that is usually played at the session you choose. Make sure it fits the tastes of the majority of your prospective guests. (We do accept requests at all public sessions and try to play as many as is reasonable.)

Buy-out parties have been successful FUNd-raisers for several organizations.

The local Relay for Life team held a monthly series of buy-out parties the last 2 years, and is planning their schedule for next season.

the SKATERY NOW accepts Visa & MasterCard and most debit cards for

Parties, Skate Sales, Class Series and other purchases over $10.
